In a chilling revelation, Times Now has located another property owned by the bed-and-breakfast facility owner, Lavkesh Bajaj, named "Flourish Inn". The hotel, located in South Delhi's Malviya Nagar engulfed in a massive fire on June 3, claiming the lives of 21 people, including 11 foreign nationals.

The guesthouse "Flourish Inn" mirrors the deadly design flaw in their hotel, showing no windows or exhaust in the property. Moreover, the visuals obtained by Times Now also show that there is just a single entry-and-exit route.

According to the report, the window panes in Flourish Inn are completely blocked, leaving no passage for escape. All rooms lacked ventilation, and the staircase was entirely obstructed by glass, construction materials, and wooden structures, preventing any movement
